Shirley Phelps-Roper is a complete looney. And nobody loves loonies more than the right-wing conservative propoganda pushers at FOX. Anyone who's been living in a cave for the last few years may have missed the controversy involving this cult following of the Westboro Baptist Church who are coming up with some interesting slogans like "America is doomed" and...well, some things I would rather not type. It's gotten a huge amount of press and the people are eating it up. Some of the things this woman has to say are frankly laughable and I find it hard to even begin to acknowledge her "holier-than-thou" preaching when she has actually fostered an illegitimate child. Read the part in the Bible about that, Roper! Anyway, if you'd like a quick giggle, listen to this woman rant about how she believes God is punishing everyone for being so "free". Looks like this chickie-poo has a few screws in her head loose.

The Westboro Baptist Church continues to be a target for television news networks and has no signs of slowing down. The organization seems to thrive on the negative attention they recieve from the media. Maybe if this family keeps inbreeding, our children will live to see the next generation of psycho Jesus-freaks who've got religion a bit backwards. We here at TeeVeeShowzzzz find the clip above entertaining, but at the same time quite disturbing.
